Anntoinettemarie Williams is a wellness and lifestyle management trainer and coach who has dedicated over 20 years to the liberation of those weighed down by the superhero’s cape. Having undergone this life-altering change firsthand, she has taken the years following her transition to develop a uniquely holistic approach to restoring balance in the lives of thousands.
Once an overworked administrator in corporate America, Anntoinettemarie was set on the path to wellness and lifestyle management when the result of her superwoman syndrome became clear. Despite her accomplishments, success at climbing the corporate ladder, and ability to be seen as a ‘superwoman’ by her colleagues and loved ones alike, it was clear that a shift in focus to her own wellbeing and personal freedom was needed. Since beginning that journey, she has gone on to make wellness and lifestyle management her life’s work, aware of the drastic, positive changes it has yielded her.
A certified diversity trainer, Anntoinettemarie aims to motivate, encourage, and inspire through wellness education, relationship building and diversity equity & inclusion trainings while deepened her existing skills as an educator, trainer and community ally. She’s earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master’s degree in Counseling & Pastoral Leadership from Grace Bible College, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Community Leadership from Marquette University and is a Master Reiki Practitioner. These fields of study are all intricately woven together to form the foundation of her Wholistic Healing work. As a three-time author her latest award-winning book
“Level Up: The Handbook to Unleash Your Greatness” has been featured at the 2019 Canada’s Book Club in Toronto Canada. She’s trained Leadership staff at the University Wisconsin Leadership & Management Leadership conference (Nov.2019) and is published in the College of Agricultural & Life Science at the University Wisconsin Madison speaking on “Balancing Life, Family and Career (Jan.2020). She’s also been an adjunct professor at the University Wisconsin Milwaukee. In 2022 Anntoinettemarie Williams was appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador of Human Rights & Peace by Hoinser Group in association with UN Global Organizations and Royal Families.
In her spare time, Anntoinettemarie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel, photography her Golden Doodle and tennis.
